How to stop texts (opt out)

• Reply STOP to any text from us. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. You get one confirmation and no more texts.
• Email info@southflhomesolutions.net and ask us to stop texting you.
• Tell us on a call and we will stop.

Every text we send ends with “Reply STOP to opt out.” To start again, reply START. For help, reply HELP or email info@southflhomesolutions.net.

The confirmation you get after STOP: “South Florida Home Solutions: You’re unsubscribed and won’t get more texts from us. Reply START to resubscribe. Help: info@southflhomesolutions.net”

How people opt in

Only on our website. When you request help, there is a separate checkbox for texts. It starts unchecked and is optional: you can send the form without it. We text only people who check it, and only about their own request. Consent covers this one business only: it is never shared with or extended to contractors, partners, affiliates or any other company. Each opt-in is stored with the exact wording shown and the time.

The checkbox reads:

I agree to receive text messages from Cellph LLC, doing business as South Florida Home Solutions, at the number above, about my request only: confirmations, scheduling, appointment and quote follow-ups and service updates. Texts come only from South Florida Home Solutions. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of our service.

The Spanish form (/es/comenzar) shows the same consent in Spanish:
