Who we are
South Florida Home Solutions (“SFHS”) is a business name of Cellph LLC: Cellph LLC, doing business as South Florida Home Solutions. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Cellph LLC, doing business as South Florida Home Solutions.
What we do
SFHS connects homeowners with independent, licensed professionals for home services. SFHS is not a contractor and does not perform construction, roofing, or mechanical work. Contracts for work are made directly between you and the professional.
Who receives your request
On the request form you choose who receives your request: one professional in the South Florida Home Solutions network, or several professionals in our network so you can compare quotes. If you choose one, only that one professional receives your request and contact details. If you choose several, each of them receives your request and contact details. We never send your request to anyone outside our network, never to a list of contractors, and never to data brokers. Our Privacy Policy says the same.
Cost to homeowners
Our matching service is free for homeowners. Professionals pay SFHS a referral fee for the requests they accept.
Consent to be contacted
By submitting a request, you agree that SFHS may contact you by phone or email about your request. Text messages are separate and optional, come only from SFHS (Cellph LLC), and are never sent on behalf of any other company: see the SMS program below. You may withdraw consent at any time.
SMS program
Program name: South Florida Home Solutions Updates, run by Cellph LLC, doing business as South Florida Home Solutions. Consent to texts covers this business only and is never shared with or extended to contractors, partners, affiliates or any other company.
How you join: by checking the optional, unchecked text-message box on our Get Started form (or the professional application). Joining is never a condition of any purchase or of our service.
What we send: messages about your own request: appointment and quote follow-ups, and service updates such as your match, scheduling and a check-in after the job. No third-party advertising.
How often: Message frequency varies with your request.
Cost:Msg & data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
Stopping and help: Reply STOP to opt out at any time; we send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and then no more. Reply HELP for help. Support: info@southflhomesolutions.net.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: your mobile number and text opt-in are never shared, sold or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Our role and limits
We vet professionals for licensing and coverage, and we track each project through completion, but professionals remain independent businesses responsible for their own work, pricing, and warranties.
