What we do
South Florida Home Solutions ("SFHS") connects homeowners with independent, licensed professionals for home services. SFHS is not a contractor and does not perform construction, roofing, or mechanical work. Contracts for work are made directly between you and the professional.
Cost to homeowners
Our matching service is free for homeowners. Professionals pay SFHS for opportunities they accept.
Consent to be contacted
By submitting a request, you agree that SFHS and the one matched professional may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your request. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
Our role and limits
We vet professionals for licensing and coverage, and we track each project through completion, but professionals remain independent businesses responsible for their own work, pricing, and warranties.
