Privacy Policy

South Florida Home Solutions is the trade name of Cellph LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy covers this website, our forms and our text messages.

What we collect

When you submit a request, we collect the information you provide: your name, contact details, property address, project description, and any photos you choose to upload. We also record how you found us (for example, a search ad or referral link) and the consent you gave, including its date, time, and text version.

How we use it

We use your information for one purpose: to review your request and connect you with vetted professionals in the South Florida Home Solutions network. On the form you choose who receives it: one professional in our network, or several professionals in our network so you can compare quotes. We share your request and contact details only with the professional or professionals you chose to allow — never with anyone outside our network, never with a list of contractors, and never with data brokers.

Photos

Photos you upload are stored privately and are visible only to our team and, once matched, to the professionals your request was sent to.

Text messages (SMS)

Our forms have a separate, optional box for text messages. It starts unchecked, and you can send your request without it. If you check it, we collect and keep:

• your mobile number;
• the fact that you said yes, the exact wording you agreed to, and the date and time;
• the texts we send you and any replies you send us.

We use this only to text you about your own request: appointment and quote follow-ups and updates on your service. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

We do not share, sell, rent or transfer your mobile number or your SMS opt-in data and consent to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every kind of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties. The only outside companies that touch this data are the service providers that deliver our messages for us (for example, our messaging carrier platform), and only to deliver them. When you ask to be matched, the professional (or, if you chose several, the professionals) in our network receive your request and contact details so they can reach you about that job, as described above; they do not receive your text-message opt-in, and our text messages stay ours.

How to stop texts: reply STOP to any message and we stop texting you right away. Reply HELP for help, or email info@southflhomesolutions.net. Saying no to texts, or stopping them later, never changes the service you get from us. See the SMS program in our Terms of Service.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent to be contacted, at any time by emailing info@southflhomesolutions.net.
